  • VPS Hosting: Virtual Private Server hosting with dedicated resources.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the service registration process.
  • Any credentials (e.g., control panel login details) provided to access our services must be kept secure.
  • Notify us immediately at support@rahatech.com.bd if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account credentials.
  • Raha Technology is not responsible for unauthorized actions resulting from compromised credentials due to user negligence.

4. Service Use Policy

Users agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid hosting prohibited content, including but not limited to:
    • Malware or viruses.
    • Phishing or fraudulent websites.
    • Copyright-infringing material.
  • Refrain from activities that disrupt our servers or harm other users.

Raha Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • All payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee is applicable only to hosting services (excluding domain registration, third-party services, or additional costs).
  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@rahatech.com.bd within the refund period.

6. Uptime Guarantee and Liability

  • Raha Technology strives to provide 99.9% uptime for all hosting services.
  • We are not liable for losses or damages caused by interruptions due to maintenance, outages, or force majeure events.

7. Data Backup Policy

  • Users are responsible for maintaining regular backups of their website and data.
  • Raha Technology offers backup tools, but we do not guarantee complete recovery of lost data.

8. Service Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for violations of these Terms or failure to make payments.
  • Users may terminate their services at any time by contacting us. Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy outlined in Section 5.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
